  • Your message

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to schedule an initial consultation.

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Schedule consultations or appointments
  • Provide information about our services

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Email Delivery

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend transmits emails using TLS encryption. Your information is processed only for the purpose of delivering the message and is not retained by Resend beyond what is necessary for delivery.

Google Ads & Cookies

This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We have enabled Google's Consent Mode v2 with all consent signals set to "denied" by default. This means:

  • No advertising or analytics cookies are set on your browser
  • No personal data is shared with Google for ad personalization
  • Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals and uses statistical modeling to estimate conversion metrics

Because no cookies are placed, this website does not require a cookie consent banner.

SimplePractice

Our website links to a Client Portal provided by SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. Any information you enter in the SimplePractice Client Portal is governed by SimplePractice's own Privacy Policy. SimplePractice is a separate service and we do not access your data through this website's systems.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain records of communications. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through the form on our website.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all website traffic
  • TLS encryption for email delivery
  • Input validation and sanitization on all form submissions
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse
